WinSoftMagic provides free hosting, sharing and resizing services for digital photos (images). You may use our services for personal and business purposes. We allow uploading image files in the JPG (JPEG) format. The maximum file size is 2.0 Mbytes for hosting/sharing services, and 3.0 megabytes for our photo resizing service.

You must not upload any images that are pornographic, illegal, promote racism or discrimination, contain advertisement, infringe on the copyrights.

We reserve the right to delete any uploaded image without prior notices if it:

violates these Terms of Service
uses excessive bandwidth
has not been accessed for more than 1 year (for hosting/sharing)

Our services are provided on an "as is, as available" basis. We give no warranty, expressed or implied, for the services provided, including, and without limitation, warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. This no warranty expressly includes any reimbursement for losses of income due to disruption of service. These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior warning.

By accessing this website or uploading an image, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. WinSoftMagic is not responsible for the content any uploaded files.

All user information will be kept private. We will not share any personal information.
